The current general terms and conditions apply to all business transactions in our e-shop, drafts-records.com, hereinafter Seller.
Please read carefully the Terms of Sale and our Privacy Policy before placing an order. If you do not agree with every Purchase Terms and Privacy Policy, you must not make any order.

1. IDENTIFICATION

Seller is an individual, with CIF / NIF 43729659N with registered address at Plaza Sinoga, 18 25182 Aitona (Spain). Any notification may be sent to the registered office or to email address info@drafts-records.com.

2. ACTIVITY

The Seller activity is distance sales, preferably online, of music records.

3. CONTENT AND INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE WEBSITE

Seller reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (changes to products, prices, promotions and other sales and service) at any time. Seller makes all effort within its scope to ensure the information contained in the website is truthful and without inaccuracies and typographical errors. In case that an error of this kind happens, beyond the control of the Seller, will be immediately corrected. If a typographical error happens in one of the displayed prices and a client has made a purchase decision based on that error, Seller will notify the client the error and the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase without any cost on his part.
The contents of the web site Seller may, at times, show provisional information on some products. In the event that the information provided does not correspond to the characteristics of the product the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase at no cost on his part.

4. SALES SYSTEM

To make a purchase, the user can choose several ways to send us his order:
• Internet through the “shopping cart”
• Email to shop@drafts-records.com

5. APPLICABLE TAXES

Prices of products displayed on the website of Seller, include Value Added Tax (VAT), which is 21%.

6. PAYMENT

When ordering, the customer can pay the purchases by PayPal or with credit card if the customer don’t have a PayPal account. In certain cases and to prevent fraud, Seller reserves the possibility to ask a customer a specific payment in case you cannot provide a clear identification of the buyer.

7. METHOD, SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME

The customer can choose the shipping method from the different possibilities corresponding to his shipping area. It should be noted that the delivery, quality of service, delivery point and the cost will be different according to each mode of transport.
Seller sends the orders to its customers through various courier companies of recognized national and international prestige. The delivery date at the customer’s address depends on the chosen product availability and shipping area.

8. RIGHTS OF BUYER AND RETURN POLICY

The Seller does not guarantee its customers the availability or delivery of products offered on its website except for the products in which specifically a certain guarantee is mentioned.
The Seller guarantees its customers the option to cancel your order at any time and without any cost if the cancellation is communicated before the order has been delivered to the carrier for shipment.
The customer shall have a period of seven days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the product purchased. The customer shall notify Seller within the stipulated time and for any lawful means, their desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract. The returned order must be submitted along with the delivery note and your bill if issued to Seller and Seller will bear the costs of the return shipment.
The customer may return any item purchased at Seller provided that the products have not been opened or used and are kept in their seal or original packaging. In these cases, Seller, refund the purchase through a credit note to the credit card, by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer or by crediting to your account.
If a different product requested by the client was mistakenly delivered by Seller, it will be removed and replaced by the right product at no additional charge to the buyer.

9. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

Client of Seller agrees at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in user registration form or when placing an order, and keep updated at all times.
The customer agrees to accept all disposition and conditions established in the present General terms and conditions, on the understanding that reflect the best possible service for the type of activity carried by Seller.
It also agrees to hold in confidence and with the utmost diligence their personal access codes to our website.
The customer agrees to allow the delivery of the order by providing a delivery address where it can be delivered the order requested within the usual time of delivery of goods (Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 and 16:00 to 18:00). In case of non-compliance by the client of this obligation, Seller shall have no liability for delays or failures in delivery of the order requested by the customer.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The purchases made with the Seller are subject to the laws of Spain.
In case of any conflict or discrepancy, the applicable jurisdiction shall be the Courts and Tribunals of the buyer.
